The one you want is called Highlighter, I think.

Hi Dianne, I would like to make a lens using I think it is a template, the once where the text module titles are highlighted in yellow. Do you know which one I'm referring to?
Google is hard to figure out. It is the big one so maybe there is just a lot more competition.
